We offer outpatient individual customized treatment plans designed to meet a client’s individual and unique needs. Our program addresses substance use disorders and other addictions and is composed of at least one weekly individual session with a therapist and/or Medical Provider. We are currently accepting new patients aged 18 or older. A wide range of treatment options are available including medication management, individual therapy and other modalities based on your individual treatment plan.
